CORPORATE EVENTS & HOLIDAY PARTIES

Your team.
Actually having fun.

Polished enough for the room. Relaxed enough that people join in. Give colleagues and clients a shared moment that does not feel like another item on the agenda.

“Our staff is still talking about it a week later! The energy, humor, and mind-boggling tricks are top notch!”
Stacey Tarbox · Corporate event
“Hired Chris for a corporate event. He was a big hit. Looking forward to having him again.”
Chas Levitt · Coldwell Banker

Good company.
Great reactions.

Close-up magic gets the conversation going. A comedy magic show brings the whole room together. Either way, your guests get involved and you have one less thing to organize.

  • 01

    Get the conversation started

Close-up magic gives colleagues and clients an easy way to connect during drinks or networking.

  • 02

    Celebrate together

A comedy magic and mind-reading show gives your team a shared highlight.

  • 03

    Feel confident in the plan

We agree on the format, timing, equipment and price before your event.

MEET CHRIS WHEEL

Easy to work with. Hard to explain.

I’m Chris Wheel. For 20 years, I’ve brought magic and comedy to events across New York and beyond. My style is conversational, playful, and built around the people in front of me.

As a certified school psychologist, I’m used to reading a room and helping people feel comfortable. At your event, that means natural interaction and guests who enjoy being part of the experience.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Let’s work out
the details.

Can the magic work around dinner and speeches?

Yes. Send your running order and we’ll choose a performance window that complements dinner, speeches and awards.

How much does a show cost?

Your quote depends on the show, duration, audience and location. Send your date, venue and guest count for a clear, all-inclusive price. Travel is factored in, so you can plan your budget.

When is payment due?

A 50% deposit secures your date. The balance can be paid before the performance or on the event date. Cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App and credit cards are accepted; a processing fee may apply to credit cards.

What do I need to provide?

I bring my own audio equipment, props and the setup for your show. If your venue has a suitable house sound system, I can use that too. Easy access to the performance area is appreciated—ideally a ramp or step-free entrance for loading in. We’ll confirm the details together.

Are you insured?

Yes. A certificate of liability insurance is available, including naming your venue as an additional insured when needed. Send the venue’s requirements when booking.

What if I have accessibility or participation questions?

Please share anything that would help your guests enjoy the show, including seating, sound or participation needs. We can talk through the venue and performance before you book.
